Meet other local gay men and lesbians who are raising children, either with a partner or without. Discuss important topics, such as "coming out" to your children, handling your child's peer concerns, separation and/or divorce, school activism, playgroups, issues encountered in "straight" neighborhoods, bridging the gap for kids, etc.

This group can be whatever we make it. I'm tentatively starting a monthly schedule, but that can change as everybody starts offering input and help. I just don't want to start a group that has no meetups :) Feel free to offer input. I don't want to be a dictator, just a facilitator.
